The Role

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, communication, swallowing and/or feeding assessments.
  • Developing and delivering individualised therapy programs based on each client's goals and needs.
  • Supporting clients across a variety of age groups and clinical presentations.
  • Providing services across clinics, homes, schools, community settings and residential facilities.
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, educators, support teams and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and ensuring your practice remains evidence-based and client-centred.
  • Building your clinical skills through ongoing supervision, professional development and mentoring.

What’s on Offer?

  • $75,000–$125,000 + super, depending on experience.
  • Up to $2,000 professional development allowance per year.

What You’ll Need

  • Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership and registration.
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
