Description
We are currently recruiting Senior Occupational Therapists for a range of opportunities across Sydney.
These positions are suited to experienced Occupational Therapists looking to take the next step in their career, with opportunities available across paediatric, adult, disability and community-based services.
Roles are available across a variety of service settings, with caseloads and responsibilities tailored to your experience, clinical interests and career goals.
About the Role
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Managing a diverse paediatric and/or adult caseload
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy programs
- Providing services across clinic, community, school, residential and home-based settings
- Preparing high-quality clinical reports and documentation
- Working collaboratively with families, support networks and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting clients to achieve functional, developmental and participation goals
- Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to junior clinicians
- Contributing to case discussions, clinical planning and service development
- Maintaining high standards of evidence-based and person-centred practice
About You
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current or eligible AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice
- An interest in clinical leadership, mentoring and professional development
Experience across paediatrics, adults, disability, NDIS or community-based practice will be highly regarded.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
