Senior Occupational Therapists | Leadership & Flexible Work Options
Stream Healthcare is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapists across Sydney metro and Canberra to work with diverse paediatric and adult caseloads.

The Role:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and advanced, evidence-based interventions across paediatric and adult clients
- Manage a varied caseload across clinic, community, school, residential, and home-based settings
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and clinical support to junior therapists
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and best practice initiatives
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with scope to influence clinical direction

Essential Criteria:
- Current or eligible registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience managing complex paediatric and/or adult caseloads
- Experience in supervision or mentoring (highly regarded)
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
