About the role:
Stream Healthcare is recruiting Senior Mental Health Nurse for positions in Regional, WA.
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be working across Case Management, Triage, and the Acute Care and Response Team (ACRT) which will provide urgent high acuity assessments and follow up.

Remuneration from $72.00-$82.00 p/h + Superannuation + more!!
Regional Locations:
- Bunbury
- Busselton

To Be Successful, You Will Ideally Have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian work rights
- Minimum 2 years experience in Mental Health Nursing
- Post Grad in Mental Health desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills - Case Management, Triage & Acute Care Response Team (ACRT)
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Own transport required to and from site as it may not be walking distance
