Stream Healthcare are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a leading organisation in Brisbane working across various Residential Aged Care Facilities!
Location: East and Inner South Brisbane

About the position
- Work across My Aged Care and NDIS funding streams
- Deliver quality therapies across South and Central Brisbane to Aged and Adult clients
- Work across various Residential Aged Care Facilities and within the community
- Collaborate within a close-knit multi-disciplinary team
- Complete all necessary documentation within a timely manner!

About you
- Passionate, enthusiasitc and willing to learn!
- Genuinely wanting the best for your clients and team
- Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration, NDIS screening and Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience supporting SAH and NDIS with moderate to high complexity needs (not essential)
- Car and Australian drivers' license
